Meet Chad Dagit

A fourth-generation Marin resident, Chad Dagit was raised locally and now lives with his family in East San Rafael’s Glenwood neighborhood. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Chad began his real estate career in San Francisco while also teaching physical education and coaching youth and high school sports. He later served for a decade as a San Francisco police officer before joining Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021.

Chad’s background in education, law enforcement and real estate shaped the qualities he brings to every client relationship: clear communication, sound judgment, composure under pressure and a genuine commitment to helping others. As a member of Falla Associates, he guides buyers, sellers, investors and relocating clients with focus, dedication and deep local knowledge. Community remains central to Chad’s life through his involvement with the Glenwood Neighbors, San Rafael Rotary, youth programs, and San Rafael High School alumni and scholarship organizations.
